For the 30 years of Analix Forever, the Noisebringers are in town! and the gallery becomes … THE NEW PUNK
Analix Forever Gallery in Geneva is celebrating the beginning of its 30th anniversary (to go on until October 21) by inviting the Noisebringers, an improvisation collective that has been active for over a year but for the first time in a gallery. The Noisebringers are bringing noise in all possible and unimaginable areas, music, objects, art, games, performances, books, poetry, and more. The three members of the collective, Brice Catherin, Maria Sappho and Henry McPherson are top artist-musicians who one day decided that love is even more important than music: love for life, friendship, creation, fables, mythology, speculative storytelling, transformation. They love, laugh, create, think inside out, together. The Noisebringers also invite twenty-two artists-creators-improvisers-poets-musicians-performers-teachers. Biographies upon request.
In parallel, Analix Forever shows the art of 77 + 7 + 1 artists who worked with the gallery for 30 years, 30 days or not yet. An incredibly multifaceted art show, from here to there, small to big, young teens to top stars!
From May 3 to 9, Analix Forever is open every day from 1 to 8 p.m., Saturday and Sunday included, with daily performances, presentations, music, videos, a learning game for children, a conference by art Professors who come on purpose from France (Paul Ardenne) and the United States (Conrad Bakker) ... and on May 6 at 7 p.m., Vincent Barras, Professor of History of Medicine and sound poet-performer-writer, who opened the first exhibition in the gallery in 1991! will perform a live performance entitled "The Community of Those Who Have Nothing in Common".

La galerie Analix Forever de Genève célèbre le début de ses 30 ans (une fête qui durera jusqu’en octobre 2021) en invitant les Noisebringers, un collectif d’improvisation actif depuis plus d'un an mais pour la première fois en galerie. Les Noisebringers apportent du bruit dans tous les domaines possibles et inimaginables, musique, objets, art, jeux, performances, livres et poésie. Les trois membres du collectif, Brice Catherin, Maria Sappho et Henry McPherson sont des artistes-musiciens de premier plan, mais qui un jour ont décidé que plus important encore que la musique, il y a l’amour, l’amour pour la vie, l’amitié, la création, les fables, la mythologie, la narration spéculative, la transformation. Ils aiment, rient, créent et réfléchissent à l’envers ensemble. Les Noisebringers invitent aussi vingt-deux artistes-créateurs-improvisateurs-poètes-musiciens-interprètes-professeurs du monde entier. En parallèle, Analix Forever montre l’art de 77 + 7 + 1 artistes qui ont travaillé avec la galerie pendant 30 ans, 30 jours ou pas encore. Une exposition d’art incroyablement multiforme, d’ici et d’ailleurs, de jeunes ados aux plus grandes stars, de dessins presque invisibles à d’immenses toiles.
Du 3 au 9 mai, Analix Forever est ouvert tous les jours de 13h à 20h, samedi et dimanche inclus, avec des performances quotidiennes, des présentations, de la musique, des vidéos, un jeu d’éveil pour enfants, une conférence de Professeurs d'art venus expressément de France (Paul Ardenne) et des États-Unis (Conrad Bakker) ... et le 6 mai à 19h, Vincent Barras, Professeur d’Histoire de la médecine et poète-interprète-écrivain sonore, qui a ouvert la première exposition à la galerie en 1991 ! présentera une performance live intitulée « La communauté de ceux qui n'ont rien en commun ».
